Rune - Cold

The feet of the caster shimmer with an icy blue light, the snow and ice beneath him seem to push him up so he stands atop it.

For the duration of the spell the casters movement is not inhibitted by snow or ice, he moves at his normal rate. For each additional point another person can come under the spells effect or the duration is increased by 10 minutes.
